If your existing pointing has failed and you have weathered stones, there is good chance your wall needs some TLC, repair cost are far cheaper than full rebuilding works.
Prices can range from £300-£500 per sqm to supply and fit new random walling costing up to £3,000-£50,000 per sqm depending on the size.
If foundations are required, this may add to the cost as well as new copping stones and other factors like removing old wall and waste. Walls can be expensive to build new, so we will always recommend maintenance if applicable before rebuild.
If your stones are falling out of the wall, and existing lime has turned to dust, or if the walling is leaning over and looks unsafe this is when you need to think about a rebuild.
