Scottish Borders Council – Bridge Inspection
A further recent commission for Edinburgh Stonemasons Ltd seen us venture to Eyemouth in the borders, to complete an inspection on a historic bridge.
We utilised the use of rope access to carry out the bridge survey and inspection. This enabled us to access and inspect each section of the bridge at close range. At times structures can seem safe to they eye, however we prefer to not only visually inspect but to check the integrity of the structure by hand. We find this to be the most effective way to carry out an inspection.
As you can see from the image above, we also got a cracking day for it, weather wise.
