The stonework at Gleneagles Hotel was built with local sandstone. There was many stones that were cracked, Edinburgh Stonemasons were selected to remove one stone for the structural engineer to find the source of the problem,. We were asked to carry out 12 stone replacements and selected pointing & lithomex repairs

Opened in 1924, the hotel was built by the former Caledonian Railway Company and retains its own railway station. Now aged 89 years old.
