Hopeman Kirk – Elgin

Hopman Kirk is a  church at the heart of Scotland’s beautiful small village in Elgin. Edinburgh Stonemasons Ltd were called in to carry out urgent rake out and repoint to all elevation using rope access as existing estimate were 12k for full scaffolding works.  We sourced the best mortar mix from Masons Mortar in Leith and our highly skilled and experienced stonemasons in traditional lime pointing & conservation removed all lose cement mortar and replaced it with lime mortar to protect it from the weather for next 100 years.
